Cancellation Policy

At MIRAB., we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, all orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Order Cancellations

All orders placed with MIRAB. are considered final.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed through our system, we are unable to:

  • Cancel the order

  • Modify items or sizes

  • Change the shipping address

  • Combine multiple orders

This is because orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

If you require assistance after placing an order, please contact our team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist where possible, however cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.


Subscriptions

Some products may be offered as subscription purchases.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next scheduled charge.

You can manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting our support team.

Pre-Orders

When purchasing a pre-order item, you are reserving a product that is currently not yet in stock or scheduled for a future release.

Depending on the item, we may:

  • charge the full amount at checkout, or

  • charge a deposit, with the remaining balance charged prior to shipment.

Pre-orders may be cancelled before fulfilment.

Once the pre-order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you change your mind after receiving the item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Try Before You Buy

For Try Before You Buy purchases, your payment method will be authorised prior to shipment.

You will have a specified trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the item.

If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged the full purchase amount.

Items returned under this option must comply with the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or overrides your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
