Returns

We do not accept exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can offer a store credit within 7 days of receiving your item. 

We are unable to accept returns where:

  • Items are missing tags or are not in their original packing
  • Item has been worn, damaged or is not in original condition
  • Items that are returned without a returns form

Non-returnable items 

All SALE items or Sale discount codes being used for product are not eligible for return.

To return your order please contact us at hello@bymirab.com and we will send you a form to fill out.

Returned postage costs are not covered by MIRAB. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure we receive your item. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Faulty Items

If your item is faulty or you have received the wrong parcel, please contact us via email with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days so that we can replace your item.

Pre Orders

MIRAB. does not offer order cancellations on Pre Order items before they have shipped, unless in extenuating circumstances. Therefore please choose carefully.
